Pricing FAQ

What's the difference between the preview and the trial?: The preview is the website we build for you so you can see what it looks like — completely free, no card, no account. The trial starts when you activate the subscription: 7 days to use it as your real site before the first charge.
What happens after my free trial?: We email you a few days before it ends. If you do nothing, your site goes offline. If you activate, your card is charged and the site stays live with no change in URL.
How does the annual plan compare to monthly?: Annual is $290 paid once, which works out to roughly $24/month — about two months free compared to billing monthly. Same site, same edits, same support.
Can I switch between plans later?: Yes. Switch from monthly to annual anytime and we prorate the change. Convert to one-time anytime and we credit the months you've already paid against the $1,500 price.
Why is one-time so much more than the subscription?: Subscriptions are paid as you use them. One-time covers the same build plus 12 months of hosting and edits upfront, then $99/year hosting after that. Same quality of site — the difference is what you're paying for over time.
What about a custom domain like mybiz.com?: Add it any time. We charge a one-time $25 setup if you bring an existing domain, or we can register a new one for you at cost.
Refunds?: If you're charged and decide the site isn't right within 14 days, we refund in full — no hassle.
